Lauren Janek

Lauren Janek leads Five Elms’ Operations team, working with Five Elms’ portfolio companies to identify and execute on high-priority strategic & operational initiatives. Prior to joining Five Elms, Lauren worked at LogicGate, a GRC software company, where she was responsible for leading its Strategy team and driving cross-functional strategic initiatives. Prior to LogicGate, Lauren worked in investment banking at William Blair, focused on sell-side M&A transactions in the technology sector.

Lauren holds a B.B.A. in Finance from the University of Notre Dame. Outside of the office, she enjoys spending time with family and friends, watching college football & basketball, and getting outdoors.
