Laura Wildman

Laura Wildman leads Five Elms' human capital practice, working with Five Elms' portfolio companies to recruit high-impact senior executives and board members, advising on best practices, and leading Five Elms' internal hiring efforts. Laura began her career with Deloitte Consulting, working on human capital engagements for Deloitte’s Global HR and Partner Matters team. Prior to Five Elms, she held various leadership positions for a fast-growing technology company and operated an executive search practice.

Laura holds a B.S.B.A. in Finance from Kansas State University. Outside of the office, Laura enjoys spending time with her husband and two busy teens, traveling, and practicing yoga.
