Jenny Witt

Jenny is Five Elms’ General Counsel. She focuses on structuring and executing transactions and advises on internal and portfolio company legal matters. Prior to joining Five Elms, Jenny was a partner at Husch Blackwell LLP in the Corporate and Mergers & Acquisitions group.

Jenny received her J.D. from Washington University in St. Louis, and holds a B.A. in Political Science, Spanish, and Psychology from Rockhurst University. Outside of the office, you’ll find Jenny exploring neighborhood playgrounds and national parks with her young family and planning the next project for their 110-year-old fixer-upper.
