Erin Holm

Erin focuses on recruiting top talent for Five Elms and its portfolio companies. Erin also leads Five Elms’ university relations to stay connected with top talent around the country. Erin began her career in higher education, working as a college admissions counselor and academic advisor. Most recently, Erin worked as the director of talent acquisition at a content marketing agency before joining Five Elms.

Erin holds a M.S. in Student Affairs and Higher Education from Missouri State University and a B.S. in Marketing and Public Relations from Northwest Missouri State University. She enjoys being active, watching anything KC sports related, and spending time with her longtime partner and their pets, Andy & Ms. Kitty.
