Chas Scarantino

Chas works closely with the Five Elms team to drive operational excellence and strategic growth across investments while preparing to lead a company in the portfolio. Chas is a GTM leader focused on bringing new products to market and scaling tech companies. Throughout his career, he has built teams to take products to market in Raleigh, San Francisco, New York, London, EMEA, Japan, China, and Australia. His true passion is growing and scaling teams, coaching talent, and creating a competitive culture that works as a team, has fun, and consistently executes.

Chas started his SaaS career as a CEO and Co-Founder at Magnus Health where he helped to guide it to a successful exit to a strategic partner. Since then, Chas served as a GTM leader at Pendo.io starting as employee number 11 and working across many roles to guide all of US Sales. He also oversaw global expansion as the SVP of International. Most recently, Chas was the CRO at Gravity Sketch, a 3D design SaaS platform.

Chas studied Business at the University of North Carolina Chapel Hill. When he isn’t working, you can find Chas with his wife and four sons at an athletic field, traveling, or on a sailboat.
